Training development and delivery utilizes the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) for all projects to ensure consistency. This department works to support all IP&O departments in providing accurate and standardized systems training.
Employee development supports IP&O employees by offering opportunities for building role-based skills through training, facilitated access to resources, and individualized career development assistance.
