We strive to create and maintain a consistent IP&O brand, and encourage you to contact us for all of your communications needs. You may also refer to our Content Guidelines for guidelines on typefaces, signatures, taglines, and general visual identity rules which align with university policy.
In order to meet the creative needs of our university community, we follow an industry standard process to ensure that our communications and marketing deliverables meet both the standards identified by University Communications and Marketing and ensure that the creative aspects match the core messages.

- Requesting Communications and Marketing Services
Request creative services by filling out the Creative Services Request Form. This form serves as a kick-off for your project when requesting communications and/or marketing support.
Communications and Marketing typically utilizes a Branding or Marketing Campaign to execute deliverables. If your product or service lacks identity and familiarity, we will first start to develop its brand. The brand gives your product or service an identity and will help it stand out and become recognizable. Once the brand is established, your marketing campaign begins. The campaign will be directed to your specific audience. The campaign bring your brand to your audience. Your marketing campaign may use many vehicles:

- Print brochures
- Newsletter articles
Marketing Campaigns Metrics must be analyzed to measure the success of a campaign. Tools include Google Analytics, as well as the Meta Business Suite.
