Systems Control and Support is the primary contact for IP&O staff needing assistance with e-Builder, ServiceNow, and Asset Works AIM. As a centralized hub, the team handles inquiries, resolves issues, and provides guidance to support operations across IP&O.
The IP&O Service Center serves as the central hub for managing service requests across all IP&O departments and groups. Committed to providing friendly, professional, and high-quality assistance, the team ensures the university community receives accurate information, prompt responses, and clear guidance.
The Facilities Condition Analysis group conducts comprehensive facility inspections and oversees a database of more than 50,000 assets. The FCA group plays a key role in supporting both strategic and tactical decision-making to maintain and enhance infrastructure.
