As we approach the end of the calendar year, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of IP&O employees for their patience during the transformation of the Employee Services department. This transformation began October 1, 2022. We are starting 2024 with a new departmental leader at the helm: Sarah DiFrancesco, has been named Assistant Director of IP&O Employee Services. Sarah is poised to take Employee Services to the next level with a newly reorganized departmental structure. The new structure is supported by our new ServiceNow system.

IP&O’s Employee Services group wants to make sure each IP&O employee has the most up to date and accurate information available. In this article, you will learn about resources for new hires and procedures for returning to work if an employee has retired.
