Mail Services is the main distribution hub for all department and student mail. Each campus at Rutgers University has specific pickup and delivery operations. See below for more information about your campus.
- New Brunswick Campus

Mail Services receives, sorts, and delivers U.S. Postal Mail and packages to on-campus university departments Monday through Friday on a minimum of two days per week during university business hours for the Newark, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, and New Brunswick locations.
New Brunswick/Piscataway departments may pick up/ drop off mail at ASB II (Cook Campus) on non-scheduled delivery dates between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
University Mail Services handles all incoming US Postal Service (USPS) and campus mail, as well as processing outgoing USPS mail.
Please call (848) 932-4267 to obtain information on USPS mail categories and rates, tracing an accountable (Express, Certified, or Registered) mail item, bulk mail procedures, Business / Courtesy Reply Mail questions, purchasing stamps, or requesting Courier Services.
- Camden Campus

Mail service to/from the Camden Campus occurs in the morning Monday - Friday, between the hours of 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. If mail arrives prior to delivery personnel beginning their afternoon routes, it will be included in that day's distribution. If the mail arrives after mail delivery routes begin, it will be distributed the next business day.

Newark departments may pick up/ drop off mail at Mail Services in ADMC (30 Bergen St) on non-scheduled delivery dates between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
