myPath Training and Employee Development conducts several Welcome to IP&O Orientation Sessions each year. These in-person information sessions, endorsed by the Executive Leadership Team, provide new hires with the opportunity to gain valuable information about the structure of IP&O within the university and how IP&O contributes to the university mission. Participants are also encouraged to connect with their new colleagues to help build support and community.
