Employee Parking:

If you are an employee looking to confirm a payroll deduction for your parking permit, please review your paycheck dated 7/18/25 to verify the deduction. For questions related to your permit, please reach out to DOTSHelp.rutgers.edu. If you are a University Hospital employee, please send us an email at dotshelp@rutgers.edu

Fall 2025 Student Permits:

Fall student parking permits will not go on sale until mid-August. We will send out official communications once the sale is live.

Permit Sales Temporarily Unavailable:

During this offline period, parking permits are not available for purchase.

Appeals:

Citation appeals cannot be submitted at this time while the system is offline. We will provide updates once the functionality is restored under the new platform.

Enforcement Notice:

General permit enforcement is paused during this transition. Safety-related parking violations will still be enforced and cited.


Communications will be forthcoming prior to the release of the new system. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance your experience.
