Rutgers University Institutional Planning & Operations’ Department of Parking Services will be upgrading and installing new gates in Lot 16 starting Monday, September 14.

This work will be completed in four phases. During these phases, noted below and attached, portions of the lot need to be empty so the work can proceed unhindered. Additionally, during this project, the existing gates will come offline.
