Registration and a valid Rutgers parking e-permit are required at all times for all vehicles parked within the jurisdictional areas of Rutgers University. Parking enforcement is 24/7. There are signs posted throughout campus that permits are required. Any citation that results from a parking violation will be emailed to you. Failure to supply a valid email address does not negate your responsibility for a citation issued. Please check the DOTS website for complete regulations and for areas that allow 24-hour parking.
