  • Please call one of our Shop Forepersons or Fleet Managers to respond to a vehicle breakdown. We will dispatch a Fleet Service Tow Truck or Roadside Response Truck to assist you.  
     
  • If you are unable to reach Fleet Services after hours, IP&O vehicles and University Fleets utilizing Fleet Services GPS can call our Roadside Assistance provider at 1-833-433-8841. You will be asked for the last 8 Characters of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and your location. If the vehicle breakdown cannot be addressed onsite, a tow will be provided. Please notify Fleet Services if the afterhours Roadside Assistance is initiated.
     
  • If broken down on either the Turnpike or Parkway, you can request roadside assistance or report a maintenance issue by calling #95 for the New Jersey Turnpike or #GSP for the Garden State Parkway. (If those numbers are not available, call 1-800-213-9419) To reach Customer Service, call 1-732-750-5300, extension 8750. Please notify Fleet Services if this situation occurs when driving an IP&O vehicle.
