University Hospital Employees

  1. If you do not know your username and password; please visit Include your name, email address, A#, and vehicle information including license plate number and state of registration.
  2. You will be instructed to login as a visitor; and may change your password after logging in, by selecting your user name at the top of the page next to Hello.
  3. Please note that the online system will show “$0.00” at the final sale but University Hospital will deduct from each paycheck a portion of the full amount. The annual cost of your parking permit is based on the rules of your employer, not Rutgers.

  • ​​Bring a copy of your receipt to Bergen Deck (P2) and they will issue an access card for the deck. (there is a $15.00 replacement fee for all keycard replacements)
  • If you would like to upgrade parking to guaranteed or reserve, please click on Add Waitlist at the bottom of the home page and choose the location you wish to have guaranteed parking. (If a space becomes available you will be notified via email)

*Guaranteed parking costs $800.00 annually and Reserved parking costs $1600.00.
