University Hospital Employees
- If you do not know your user name and password; please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, email address, A#, and vehicle information including license plate number and state of registration.
- You will be instructed to login as a visitor; and may change your password after logging in, by selecting your user name at the top of page next to Hello.
- Please note that the online system will show “$0.00” at the final sale but University Hospital will deduct from each paycheck a portion of the full amount. The annual cost of your parking permit is based on the rules of your employer, not Rutgers.
- Bring a copy of your receipt to Bergen Deck (P2) and they will issue an access card for the deck. (there is a $15.00 replace fee for all keycard replacements)
- If you would like to upgrade parking to guaranteed or reserve, please click on Add Waitlist at the bottom of the home page and choose the location you wish to have guaranteed parking. (If a space becomes available you will be notified via email)
*Guaranteed parking cost $800.00 annually and Reserved parking cost $1600.00.
