1. Log In

Use your NetID and password to log in.

2. Select Request

Choose "Submit a Maintenance Request" from the menu.

3. Complete the Form

Campus Selection:

• Johnson Apartments → NB/Busch Campus
• Highland Montgomery → NB/New Brunswick Off Site
• The Vue → NB/College Ave Campus

Building Number / Name:

• Johnson Apartments:
  • 3736 Johnson → units 860–867
  • 3737 Johnson → units 868–883
  • 3738 Johnson → units 884–899
• Highland Montgomery → 8720 Highland Montgomery Apartments
• The Vue → 3178 Gateway Transit Village / Vue Apartments

Room / Floor:

• Select your apartment number.
• Highland Montgomery: leave blank and include unit number in the description.

Contact Info:

• Fill in your phone number and email if not already shown.

Description:

• Type "For Zone FH-01" + description of maintenance needed.
• If you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA), please include that information in your request.

4. Submit

The work order will be forwarded to the correct maintenance team. If no one addresses the issue within 2 business days, please reach out to fshousing@rutgers.edu for assistance.
