In addition to a letter of interest, include the following information:
- Complete and return Rutgers University Contractor’s Profile/Owner's Representative Form
- Company Brochure, if available; graphics recommended
- Summary: List of completed/active projects for each project type indicated on the profile form
- Updated AIA form A-305 “Contractors Qualification Statement” with a cover letter; forms may be obtained from the American Institute of Architects
- Dunn & Bradstreet Report: one copy of the most recent report
- NJ Certification:
- General Contractors--submit NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate
- Owner's Representative--State of NJ Business Registration Certificate
