Institutional Planning and Operations offers short-term apartment rentals to faculty, staff, and visiting Rutgers affiliates in need of temporary housing. Units are well-appointed and conveniently located on or near Rutgers New Brunswick Campus. Options include studio, one and two bedroom apartments.
All units are fully furnished and include kitchen and linen set-ups. Utilities and internet are provided. Leases run from the 1st or 15th of the month and can be as short as one month with a maximum of one year. Cancellations before occupancy are permitted with 30 days notice. A mandatory background check is required before acceptance.
