Attention Riders:

Effective July 1, Rutgers Transit is pleased to announce that we will have a new bus service provider that will be offering a new transit tracking platform.

As part of this transition, TripShot will become the official transit app for Rutgers Transportation Services. Riders will be able to access real-time bus tracking, service alerts, trip planning tools, and transportation notifications directly through the TripShot app.

To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage all riders to download the TripShot app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store prior to July 1. Riders should also verify that their contact information is up to date and take time to familiarize themselves with the app's features before launch.

This new platform will enhance the rider experience by providing more accurate real-time information and improved communication regarding transit services. Our goal remains to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for the Rutgers community.
