Rain Check Policy
Rain checks are issued only when the course is officially closed by management.
Players who have paid but not yet teed off are eligible for a full refund.
Once a player has hit their first tee shot, the rain check policy applies.
When Are Rain Checks Issued?
Management will close the course — and rain checks will be issued — under any of the following conditions:
- The Weather Sentry DTN lightning alarm halts play and the forecast shows little chance of clearing.
- A Weather Sentry DTN alarm halts play late in the day, making it unlikely players can finish before sunset.
- Rainfall amounts have made the course conditions unsafe and/or unplayable.
Rain Check Amounts
The value of your rain check depends on how many holes you completed when play was halted:
| Holes Completed | Rain Check Issued | Value |
|---|---|---|
| 1-6 holes | Full 18-hole rain check | Full greens fee value |
| 7-14 holes | 9-hole rain check | 9 hole round value |
| 15 or more holes | No rain check issued | — |
