• To park in a Rutgers owned or leased parking lot or deck, you must have an active Parking E-Permit.
• The Spring 2025 student permit is valid January 18, 2025 to August 15, 2025.
• Pay with a credit card or Transfer payment to your Spring 2025 Term Bill.
• Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No exceptions for any sold-out permit.
• If you have an unpaid citation, you will not be able to purchase a permit. Pay or appeal any citation, prior to purchasing a permit.
• TA/GA/Lecturer/Adjunct/Fellows starting this Spring 2025 semester can contact DOTSHelp for inquiries about temporary parking permit registration. Employment contract will be reviewed to validate temporary permit eligibility.
• Off-campus living permits: There are a limited number of 24-hour parking spots in resident lots for students who do not have parking in their off-campus residence. For more information, visit Student Parking Off Campus Permit.
