
We are delighted to announce that Maria Betancourt has joined us as an Assistant Manager in the Transactional Employment Lifecycle group within Employee Services, a unit of Strategic Services. Maria brings a wealth of experience-- over 15 years-- in operations and supervision. She most recently served as an Operations Manager at Newark Airport. In this role, she was responsible for all components of transactional and organizational Human Resource activities in an aligned environment which included recruitment, onboarding, separations, grievances, and succession planning.
Additionally, her positions have also included a compliance and regulatory component, requiring effective use of standard operating procedures, resulting in successful audits.
We are confident in Maria’s abilities and believe she will be a valuable asset to our Employee Services team. Please take a moment to welcome her and make her feel comfortable as she settles into her new role.
