Dear ELT & Hiring Managers:
As you know, performance evaluations for URA-AFT employees who are eligible for the Staff Compensation Program (SCP) must be completed by April 30 of each fiscal year.
Effective immediately, when submitting your employee's performance evaluation in ServiceNow, in the Short Description field, please enter the information as follows:
- 2024 Performance Evaluation - Employee Name and Employee ID
- ex. 2024 Performance Evaluation - John Doe 00012345
This will help us track those employees who must have their performance evaluation completed. If the employee is out for an extended period, please submit a case in ServiceNow to let us know.
