IP&O’s Employee Services group has developed Strategic Organizational Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Section 1 went live on our intranet November 6, 2024. Section 2 is now complete and posted.

Section 2 provides procedures for IP&O Recruitment Support. It assists IP&O hiring managers when sourcing potential IP&O staff including Craft Trainees, Neurodivergent Staffing, Internships, Federal Work Study, Alternative Job Boards, and Talent Sourcing through Recruitment Fairs. You will find complete program descriptions for each of these categories including program length, requirements, and program-specific details.
