This group of professionals is an internal service provider for all levels of staff and manage recruitment and hiring, personnel policies and procedures, labor relations, learning and professional development, employee benefits, personnel data/records management, and performance appraisals.

Employee/Labor Relations

Working closely with the office of Labor Relations our supervisors are given guidance and support in contract administration, discipline, grievances, and performance management . Our collaboration with local bargaining units ensures a harmonious, respectful, fair, and safe working environment for all employees.

Learning and Development  

We believe a high level of job satisfaction yields high performing employees. For this reason, we offer a variety of professional development courses to build interpersonal, managerial, and supervisory skills.
